Position Summary:
- Responsible for the designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting of moderately complex software systems programming applications.
Responsibilities:
- Makes moderately complex modifications to existing software to fit specialized needs and configurations.
- Confers with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system requirements and interfaces.
- Maintains program libraries and technical documentation.
- Assists in planning, scheduling and implementation.
- Consults with users concerning maintenance of the software system.
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all times.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience working on large and complex business systems.
- Strong hands-on experience using Java, Oracle PL/SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in computer engineering or computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
